Part-Time Administrative & Social Media Assistant
Hours: Up to 4 hours per week (maximum 15 hours/month)
Pay: $20/hour
Location: Remote

About the Role:
We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented assistant to support a nonprofit foundation with light administrative and social media tasks. This role is ideal for someone reliable, efficient, and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative:
    • Manage & maintain schedule, notes & actions items for board meetings
    • Attend and assist in taking notes during virtual meetings
    • Keep track of tasks & gather updates to meet deadlines 
    • Organize and maintain shared folders and files (Google Drive or similar)
  • Social Media
    • Manage social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, etc.)
    • Establish content calendar & target post recommendations per social 
    • Draft and schedule recommended number of posts per week social media with engagement

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong knowledge of Google Workspace
  • Excellent written communication
  • Ability to attend and document virtual meetings (via Zoom or similar)
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms
  • Dependable, responsive, and self-directed
  • Experience working with nonprofits is a plus but not required

Time Commitment:

  • Up to 4 hours per week, with flexible scheduling depending on meeting times

Compensation:

  • $20 per hour, paid monthly (Max. $300/month)
